Kirk-Rudy NetJet Inkjet Addressing System

A modular thermal inkjet system built to scale with your production — not replace it as you grow. Configure print modules from 1.5″ up to 4″ wide, add feeders, dryers, and conveyors as your line expands, and print variable text, graphics, and barcodes on mail, packaging, or coded product. One platform, sized to fit where you are today and where you’re headed next.

  • Need a modular system that scales from small print jobs to high-volume production — module widths run 1.5″ up to 4″
  • Print variable text, graphics, and barcodes on mail, packaging, or coded product
  • Want thermal inkjet cartridge reliability with minimal daily upkeep
  • Need broad barcode support — USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode, Postnet, Planet, and standard 1D/2D formats including QR and Datamatrix
  • Want room to grow — extra print modules, satellite stalls, dryers, feeders, and conveyors can be added later without replacing the base system
  • Need full-color output (the NetJet is black-only or spot color)
  • Run production faster than 480 ft/min — that’s the system’s top speed at its lowest resolution setting
  • Print images and barcodes taller than 0.5″
  • Print text perpendicular to product flow direction

OVERVIEW

Ready to print in minutes — no warmup or priming required

Cartridge-based design with optimized ink consumption keeps daily upkeep and consumable costs low

USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode, Postnet, Planet, and standard 1D/2D formats including QR and Datamatrix

Print modules run 1.5″ (3 cartridge stalls) up to 4″ (8 cartridge stalls), with optional ½” satellite stalls for a second color or added speed — combine modules on a single mount for extra-wide print areas.

Accepts fixed-length, delimited, DBF, Access, CSV, and Excel files, so it plugs into whatever database or mail list format you’re already using.

Add dryers, shingle conveyors, stackers, bulk ink delivery, and camera-based read/print verification as production needs expand — the base system doesn’t need to be replaced to scale up.
